Cultivating Excellence in Our Olive Groves
For centuries, olive oil production has been deeply rooted in our land. As a result, the olive tree has shaped our identity while preserving ancestral knowledge passed down through generations.
Today, our olive groves extend across 300 hectares in Sidi Bouzid-Tunisia, a region well known for its fertile soil and ideal olive-growing climate. Moreover, the land is carefully divided between Regueb, Meknassi, and Kasserine. Each delegation is dedicated to specific olive varieties, which together create the unique character of our olive oil.
In Regueb, we cultivate the prized KORONEIKI and ARBOSANA varieties. These olives are particularly valued for their rich aromas and fruity profiles.
Meanwhile, in Meknassi, we grow the Chemlali variety. This olive is appreciated for its balance and versatility, making it ideal for high-quality olive oil.
In addition, in Kasserine, we exclusively cultivate the distinctive ARBEQUINA variety. It is renowned for its robust flavor and subtle peppery notes.
Our Commitment to Sustainable Agriculture
Sustainable agriculture is a core pillar of our olive oil production. Therefore, we carefully manage every stage of cultivation while protecting the soil and respecting the fruit.
To Achieve Optimal Growth
We apply precise irrigation methods and responsible pest control. Furthermore, these practices help maintain the long-term phytosanitary health of our olive groves.
Traditional Harvesting Techniques
Olives are hand-picked through a selective harvest at optimal ripeness. Consequently, this method preserves the purity, flavor, and quality of our olive oil.
